ABOUT

I was born in 1996 and my connection with nature began early, growing up exploring the wild landscapes of Sri Lanka with my family and visiting its national parks from a young age. Around 2012, I developed a strong interest in photography, which gradually evolved into a deeper focus on wildlife as I became more drawn to capturing moments in natural environments. In 2015, I received my first DSLR as a gift, marking the beginning of my committed journey into wildlife photography. Since then, I have continued to refine my craft through field experience and patient observation. Today, I am based in Finland, but my work remains deeply rooted in the wild places of Sri Lanka that first shaped my vision.
